Meeting minutes in each side's language, confirmed by everyone
At the end of every Engage Calls meeting, minutes are written from what was said, one version for each language in the meeting. Quantities, prices and dates go into a table, and each person confirms the minutes from their own device.

Three choices
| Choice | What you get |
|---|---|
| No notes | Just the meeting, and it does not count against your minutes if translation is off |
| Summary | A short account of what was discussed |
| Minutes | What was agreed, next steps for each person by name, open questions and points to double-check |
The organizer picks it before or during the meeting, and everyone sees the choice. Turning translation on makes minutes the default.
Never lost
- Written on their own if everyone leaves without ending the meeting, and kept with it.
- The invitation link itself shows the minutes after the meeting, so whoever opens it reads them in their language and confirms.
- Your meetings lists every past meeting with a summary or minutes badge: view it in each language, copy it, or download a PDF.
Confirmation
Each person has a Confirm button, and everyone sees who has confirmed and who has not yet. Both sides start work from one agreed text, each in their own language.
Minutes are part of every translated meeting, and help most in supplier meetings.
Frequently asked questions
Which language are the minutes in?
Every language in the meeting: one version per language, so each person reads them in their own.
What if we leave without ending the meeting?
The server writes the minutes shortly after the last person leaves and keeps them with the meeting.
Can I download the minutes?
Yes. From Your meetings you can view, copy or download them as a PDF.
Is the meeting audio recorded to write the minutes?
No. Audio passes through for transcription during the meeting and is not kept; only the minutes stay.
