Meet your foreign supplier, each of you in your own language
Messaging in broken English loses the details: the quantity, the spec, the shipping date. In Engage Calls you speak your language and your supplier hears you in theirs, and at the end come minutes of what you agreed, in both languages, confirmed by each side.
Before the meeting
- Book in both time zones. Pick the supplier's country, and they see the time in theirs with how long is left. The invitation is written in their language with English beside.
- Type the key terms. Product names, specs and terms, separated by commas. They go to the speech-to-text to hear them right, to the translator to keep their meaning, and to the minutes to spell them as given.
- Add it to the calendar. Google Calendar or a file for iPhone and Outlook, and the supplier gets a calendar link in the invitation.
During the meeting
The supplier opens the link on a phone or computer, with no app and no account. You speak your language; they read and hear the translation in theirs, and you hear them in yours, with Arabic in the dialect you choose. Share your screen to show a product photo or a quote.

Frequently asked questions
Does the supplier have to install anything?
No. They open the link in the browser, type a name, allow the microphone and join.
What if a number is translated wrong?
Numbers, quantities and prices go into a table in the minutes, any unclear number appears under points to double-check, and each side confirms the minutes themselves.
Can my team join too?
Yes. On paid plans a team on each side can join, and each person picks their language.
Are meeting recordings kept?
No. No audio or video is kept; only the minutes stay with your account.
